I'm unsure if this is happening to anyone else or only me. When i TX, it usually get about 54w of power output with an SWR of about 1.51:1. I'm running Expert SDR2 version 1.3.1 Update 11.

Wow, you should be happy. I get only max 20W with my PRO

Klaus, this doesn't seem normal!!! Is there a cure for this or is this the expected output? I feel like i paid for a radio to TX with 100w but half the power and full price?

What version is your radio a Pro or a DX ?
As Klaus says you are doing well to get that out of a Pro. Most I manage is about 17w.

I should have stated what version i have. I have the SunSDR2 DX. The meter on the software says it's putting out 100w, but my LP-100A only says 50-60w.

No problem, people would have assumed you had a Pro as that is the section you have posted the question in.
Unfortunately I have no experience with the DX model so can't offer any further assistance.
It may be worth re asking in the DX section.
