Problem to connect SPert1200 CYCLONE amplifier with SunSDR2-DX 06 Apr 2022 22:01 #1

dear colleagues, I have a problem with the connection of the above-mentioned amplifier. I received an instruction from the manufacturer with a description of the pins. I made the control cable as below:
SunSDR <-> SPert1200 CYCLONE
PIN1 <- A -> PIN1
PIN2 <- B -> PIN2
PIN3 <- C -> PIN3
PIN4 <- D -> PIN4
PIN13 <- PTT -> PIN9
PIN15 <- GND -> PIN13

Amplifier pin out:
DB15 CONNECTOR SPLIT ON THE BACK WALL OF THE AMPLIFIER (TRX CONNECTION): AD PINS
1 - BIT A BAND (Yaesu) except FT-817
2 - BIT B BAND (Yaesu) except FT-817
3 - BIT C BAND (Yaesu) except FT-817
4 - BIT D BAND (Yaesu) except FT-817
5 - BAND (ICOM) (FT-817)
6 –TX COM (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
7 - RX COM (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
8 -
9 - PTT (Yaesu) (ICOM) (Kenwood)
10 - ALC (Yaesu) (ICOM) (Kenwood)
11 - 8V (ICOM)
12 -
13 - GND (ICOM) (Yaesu) (FT-817)
14 - GND COM (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
15 -

DISTRIBUTION OF DB9 CONNECTOR PINS ON THE BACK WALL OF THE AMPLIFIER:
1 - shorted with pin 6 for PA without AT
2 - WITH RX (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
3 - COM TX (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
4
5 - COM GND (Kenwood) (OTRSP)
6 - shorted with pin 1 for PA without external AT
7
8
9

The interface in the amplifier is set to: Yeasu (BCD)
Only the 12 / 10m bands are correctly turned on / switched, the others remain at 6m.
Is it necessary to use a protection in the form of a diode in the case of this amplifier?
Please support me. I have no ideas for solving the problem anymore. Manual and eesdr2 software config is attached.
Thanks.

Try using the Kenwood pinout- instead od Yeasu and change your BCD to Kenwood

Also I don't think the pinout for BCD data is correct either from the DB15 on radio- maybe someone else can look at that
Also do a search there were a lot of BCD comments with guys running Expert AMP and perhaps looking at those connection from the Radio side will help you out.

I didn't see it mentioned in your AMP manual, but doesn't appear it has AUTO RF Sensing which would eliminate the need for BCD as you would only need a KEYLINE connection then
Please do not email me and ask for help I no longer will be part of this, If I could delete /remove my profile I would do so.
