I have read (eesdr.com/en/software-en/software-en) about RadioSync.

Where can it be downloaded?

Hello Ernst

it is now part of the V3 package so when you download and install V3 if you look in the defualt install directory "C:\Program Files\ExpertElectronics\ExpertSDR3\ExpertSDR3.exe"

you'll find the RADIOSYNC.exe file just make a short cut-

It hasnt been a standalone install for a while now and even at that there were a couple updates/changes made since it was-

Thanks for the info!

Is there a way to start RadioSync with a certain configuration?

Thomas, DF8JK gave the hint that when you use "run as administrator" to start RadioSync it remembers its settings.
Didn't try it myself but it should be worth a try.

Yes, remembering the last setting is working. But I would need to start RadioSync with special settings (one for local use, one for remote).
The desired setting-file as argument does nothing .. it starts with the latest used settings.

Hi Ernst,
Not sure if this will work - I'm currently on holiday so I cannot check myself.
It looks like the RadioSync settings are stored in an %appdata% Local folder (if you're on Windows), e.g. C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Expert Electronics\RadioSync

The name of the settings file is settings.json.

So, if you configure RadioSync once and save that settings file somewhere else, maybe under a different name, then reconfigure and save again under yet a different name you could make a little batch file that copies either of the two different settings file back to settings.json in the AppData folder, and then starts RadioSync you might be able to get what you want to achieve. However, there's a settings.json.md5, too, so it might become necessary to copy/restore that file (better say its two versions) along with the .json files.
Or, simply copy / copy back the entire RadioSync folder. This might be the easiest way.

It's just a guess...
