Hi
First of all, Happy New Year to all on this Forum!
Information & help wanted please as I'm trying to take a shortcut to getting these modes working on my new SDR..
Has anyone successfully set up their SDR2 PRO for RTTY & PSK?
If so which software programs were used and are recommended?
What about in N1MM, did you use the built in MVARI program?

Hi Ray,
and happy new year too all readers.

I am using the program FLDIGI for PSK and RTTY modes. The best way to control the SDR is via Rig-Cat. FLDIGI then needs the file TS-480.xml, witch can be found in the web. You need to establish virtual audio- and cat- connections between FLDIGI an the Expert-software. As I am using a Linux-PC I can't help you with that detail.

Much luck,

Hi Dieter
Thanks for the information but before I get into using Fldigi or Two Tone etc, I want to just get digital modes working in N1MM+. For receiving I have got both MMVARI decoding for PSK & MMTTY decoding for RTTY and also N1MM+ is working fine for CW.
But, I cannot get digital TX to work. N1MM+ appears to be working OK, switching the Sun to transmit, but there is no output. For the start, on the Soundcard tab under Options in ExpertSDR2, what should my settings be?
Surely someone has got the SDR2Pro to work OK with N1MM+ digital modes?

Not use CW mode on tranciever for digital mode. Use LSB\USB or DIGl\DIGU.
CW not use soundcard)))
I am have its problem also)))
In DIG - all ok. But in option set: TX-DIGU-offset: 1000Hz

Hi Roman
Thanks for your reply
Yes, I know I must uses DIGL or LSB for RTTY & DIGU or USB for PSK, I only mentioned that CW worked OK to show that the Expert2 was communicating with the N1MM software.
I understand you still have a problem with Digital in your rig but do not understand your comment about in Optionsset TX-DIGU offset 1000Hz?

Vasily
Can you give detailed instruction here please for the SunSDR2PRO set up for Digital modes - similar to the instructions you recently gave for FM reception?
