Hi everybody,
I am waiting for my E-Coder2. In the meantime i will prepare new cables up to my desk. Is there any handbook about the E-Coder2? I need to know what type of plugs are used? Are all 3 pin 6.3mm connectors? Or is there a 2 pin (Microfone) needed?

Thanks de Thomas, DF2LH

What is wrong with reading specs?

HI Pavel, I read this specs. But the only info I found there is:
"On the rear panel of the E-Coder2, you'll find four Jack 6.3 connectors: headphones, microphone (designed for asymmetrical mics), CW-paddle, PTT footswitch"
But I like to know are alle connectors 3-Pin? I only ask this question because i know from experience that a 2-pin plug in a 3-pin socket can cause serious damage. This should be described in a manual.

Really?

Are you seriously unable to extrapolate from provided spec how many pins are in the connector for asymmetrical mic, and how many pins are in the connector for built-in stereo audio codec? How many pins in PTT footswitch and CW-connector? And you need a manual for that? Wow. Perhaps, changing the hobby will help.

Just open support case, then.

Hi Thomas - there are only four connectors on the back of the E-Coder2 and a cable for the USB connection to the computer. The four connectors are all 6.3mm (also known as 1/4-inch) sockets. These are for the PTT, KEY/PADDLE, Headphones, Microphone (not in order).
