Are there plans for a macOS version of the starter software?

Hi Roman. Thanks for the answer. That's disappointing, no prospect of remote operating for Mac users. 73 de M0EUK

I am a Mac user myself and have opted for a Raspberry Pi4 and it works flawless and was very easy to setup following the instructions given.
I strongly recommend this configuration.

Interesting, thanks for the info. So are you connecting your radio to the RPi 4 always, then remote connecting to that from your Mac for standard operation from your station, or just when you want to use it remote? Thanks for the info. 73

Hi m0euk

At home I can connect either way, or remotely via de RPI4, directly via my local router and also on the web server (cloud.eesdr.com:5450).
The direct connection is the more convenient as it has a minimal delay. The connection via de RPI4 is also very fast, as it links rig and laptop directly (showing the lightning sign in the status bar; see the manual). The web connection is only for listening and has a significant delay, but works fine for listening.
I have checked the remote connection when being away from home (still no farther than 25 km) and it works very well.

BUT, I have not checked transmission yet, as I don't have en E-coder for CW for my Mac (too expensive).

In summary, everything works fine as explained in the manual.

I hope this helps.
