The driver is included in the Windows 10 OS, assuming that is your platform.

I would do this: open a command window as Administrator (with internet connection) and run the command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Let it complete and then run the command: sfc /scannow

Let it complete and reboot. If not fixed, open Device Manager and under Human Interface Devices, uninstall the two instances of HID compliant touch screen. Then go to Action and scan for hardware changes. The touchscreen should be found and the driver installed from your renewed system file cache.

If not so, I think you will have to verify the above with Roman and also have him check for a hardware error.

Hi, i tried what you suggested but there is no hid touch screen in my devices just a generic display. Mine has firmeare 6 in the bios and the earlier intel graphics, not the 530.
Did they make one with out touch screen. Ive just purchased this one and dont have any history.

Good question - email Roman at the Expert Electronics email address and quote your MB1 serial number with the issue. He will advise accordingly.
