Hi,

I don't know if it has already been asked, but now that the pandemic issue is slowly improving, or at least people have started to get used to a new habits, it would be appropriate to let people know how the EESDR program will be modified.
We have already learned about the Dayton and Friedrichshafen cancellations but at the moment it would be more interesting to know how the roadmap will be completed.
We were positively impressed by Vasily's preview on the new antenna management system and enjoyed the latest video on the optimal audio configuration. Really great!
Of course this is a hard period for everybody, but knowing what will happen in the next months will help to better understand what we can expect from the new EESDR making people more confident in it.

Anyway, nothing is more important of our health, so I wish you all the best.

Hi, everyone.
The announcement was slightly postponed.
What we want to show hadn't changed, the script is ready, we just want to make the presentation prettier.
Sorry for the delay, we'll try to make it ready this Friday.

Friday has lapsed. Was there a big reveal? Or a big banana peel and they slipped up?

Still waiting for transverters support and still waiting to hear WHEN that will happen. I find it funny that they are waiting for perfection of the announcement but they haven't updated the news on the website for a year, haven't posted a video 8 mos, haven't sent a tweet in 2 years and more importantly haven't delivered fundamental features such as transverter support which has been promised for over a year. Even with a big reveal can we trust that they will deliver?

I was thinking of selling my pro and getting a dx. I guess I'll be better off selling the pro and getting an other brand with 100W.

Some features have been promised for years...

Wait, I suspect the surprise is so great that Roman first had to order a new wide-angle lens for his video camera
in order to be able to display everything ;) .

To ON5MF: You ought to think carefully about doing that in my opinion. Whilst it is true that to promise much and deliver less creates a disappointed customer base, it is also true to say that Expert Electronics' SDR radios are the best overall. Yes, there are other manufacturers and they each have advantages but they also have disadvantages. It depends very much on your type of operating, whether it be casual or DXing or something specialist. For me only Flex could come close but their product reliabilty, whatever it is in reality, does not not fill me with confidence. Despite ESDR 1.3 failings, there is much worse software out there. The EE hardware is in the main excellent. Check out the Forum Community of any prospective brand before parting with your hard earned. You will find, in the main, many more complaints than are seen here.
