Received my MB1 with ATU from Waters and Stanton in UK last week.
Supplied with microphone and 2 pin power lead for Europe. No spare 5 Amp fuse.
No manual. Took me 4 hours to print manual.
Is there any means of registering product with Expert?
Surely manufacturers need to know who owns and purchased a product.
Sent email to info email address but no reply.
Any comments appreciated.

I received my MB1 from W&S this week.

Also got the incompatible power lead and no spare fuse.

The manual was always only going to be via download. Waters & Stanton hold registration and warranty.

Please clarify of the power lead type, which was in the box with your transceiver? Why it's not compatible? The spare fuse should be in the small accessories box with microphone and power lead. If the spare fuse is absent in the box we will send you it, please inform us by email.

There was no fuse. The power lead supplied was of the two round pin European type. It should be a three rectangular pin plug compatible with UK/Ireland.

Regarding fuse, if I keep MB1 then I'll email my address for sending fuse.

Thanks.

Thank you Dominique for your nice words.

It´s always a pleasure to meet new people and see their hapiness opening the box of a new toy :D
Thank you for your hospitality and I hope you enjoy the MB1 for a very long time!

Best regards,
