If you have not seen already. But there are new versions of the Win RC and Win RS available for download.

It works great. I have two radios ( one SunSDR2 Pro and one SunSDR QRP hooked up to a WIN 10 server. I did not know that the radios need to have not just separate IP-addresses, they also need to have different ports ( example 50001 and 50003 )

Power output in SSB TX is not great so far. I only have 10W PEP SSB from my SunSDR2 Pro when running remote, vs. nearly 20W PEP SSB when having the regular client. I understand that there are some more tweaks needed for the Server SW.

Still no support for selecting antennas, VOX, VPN security protection and usage of 2M - Thats right, but Expert are having that in the radar Im sure.

Lets be happy about what there is and not about what is missing....... Tilman SM0JZT

Hi All,
I had a play last night, installed software and it seems to work fine. As Tilman say`s let`s be happy of what we have got so far, I am sure Expert electronics have many things on the list that they want to improve and implement. On the wish list I have, TX / RX antenna switch, VFOB / split. I do like the cleanup of the GUI like the band / mode selection. I also tried the cw manipulator and it works fine however was not able to get break in activated but that might needs to be done in SDC software ?.

Keep up the good work.

After two days of testing, I conclude that the application works very well. the only inconvenience is low power on ssb about 5 to 7 watts. Work done great. I am waiting for further development of the application.

Did you try the latest version of yesterday (1.3.0 beta 2)?
The SSB power control should now work properly.

I apologize for my error but I did not notice that there is a new version. On the new version 1.3.0 beta2 the power level is ok :D .

CW in remote.
Is the SDC software the only way of doing remote CW with the RC1.3. Is there any further plan to implement this in the RC software?. Yes, I see there is CW manipulator in software using the Control panel and that is working however, I am not able to-do break in to activate CW. Maybe there is something that I don’t have understand ?.

You are right. I have not being able to test CW myself, but I do get reports from other guys trying to run CW remotely. Seems like there are timing issues with it.

I guess EE are aware of this and are looking in on a resolution.
