Hi there,
thanks for the ColibriNano product first.
Questions : I would like to use the ColibriNano in WSJT-X mode with a remote Rpi3 configuration (with the Nano plugged on this Rpi3) and a remote client running on Linux (debian/ubuntu) but the following tests did not work
- Rpi3 Remote Server works with Nano but the ExpertSDR2 is not running under Linux (tried to install with wine but not launching correctly) => Do you know any other tool to do remote connexion to Rpi3 Nano to run wsjt ?
- Rpi3 running directly wsjt-x on the image with rdesktop but I am not sure about how to configure the wsjt from the GUI preferences ? CAT mode ? => Do you know if I can setup wsjt-x tool to work with the Nano ?
I am willing to do do some tests, scripts, patches to have this configuration working under Linux to ease remote configuration but I need bootstrap help.
Best regards,
Xavier.

Hi Xavier.
Thank you for your comments.
Currently, ExpertRC works only with Windows, but in March we plan to release new remote SW which will support Linux.

HI Rome,
thanks for your reply. Do you have a roadmap of release ?
I am willing to do tests and reports about this Linux version on my debian/ubuntu and help documenting the release if needed.
Do you need beta-testers ? Then it will be possible to run wsjt-x remotely on the ExpertSDR2 Client connected to the Rpi3 Server with Nano on it ?
Regards,
Xavier.

Hi Xavier.
No roadmap, we delayed this for so long that I'm afraid to put any terms.
First, we plan to release the ESDR2 1.2 final, then we start to work on remote SW.

Thank you for your offer of beta-testing, I'll add you to the list and will contact you as soon as we have something to share.
We've never tested the wsjt-x, but PSK/FSK works well.

Hi Rome,
thanks for your reply and more than willing to help testing and if needed even some specific tests and patches.
I will try to wait until the Linux version to play with digital ham radio with the Nano :)
How did you set-up the PSK/FSK receiving with the Nano and software ?
Best regards,
Xavier.

Hi, Xavier.
To set up PSK/FSK with the ExpertSDR2 you need to connect it with the third-party software (you prefer) via VAC and control it with CAT.
