Thanks Rick. I did some more research on that Intel HD Graphics 2000 with DirectX11 and OpenGL tools found here: realtech-vr.com/home/glview. Indeed, the tools says also graphics card is not v11 compatible, so my next hope was if OpenGL option would start up, but no. Let's see if I test it on Linux one day.

The card is old and outdated, it doesn't support correct OpenGL libraires either, and you're going to have issues with Linux as well

either replace the system or replace the GPU with another, your choice If it were me, I would replace the system as that older card also means older CPU, older motherboard, older hardware and it's not going to support Win11 or any upcoming software without issues

probably not want you want to hear, but hardware becomes unusable for both new applications and more importantly security- including the security risks of that older CPU
