Hello,
I have found the following settings in Update 6 Version 1.3.1 to be very beneficial to both good audio and clean TX , and wished to pass them on for others to try as well:
These may require a more performance orientated PC, then you possibly currently have:
Before proceeding save your profile or save a photo of your current settings so you can revert if needed:

In the Options menu under Device and the TX tab: change the default of filter tap setting of : 2024 to either 4096 or if you PC can handle it 7168, on the SSB also if you use AM/FM 4096 or again 7168 if possible without introducing excessive PC usage make sure you monitor the PC usage as high rate of CPU will defeat the purpose: For Dig L/U your most likely good at 4096

I's also suggest if your PC can handle it setting the Sample Rate to 312500 or at min: 156250

In the Proc settings in the rotator tab: try the following and adjust from there:
Taps 8
Frequency 338 Hz

Compressor
Try: 4.0:1 ratio
Threshold: -32
Attack 35
Release 100
Soft and Knee of 5

Litmer: I personally do not use- can introduce some artifacts at times

AGC:
Attack: 1.0
Release: 388
Hang Time: 395
Max Amp: 4

Clipper: Not Used-

Of course you will need to EQ for your preferred response along with your TX Bandwidth and adjust the Noise Gate to your environment
If you run ESSB and prefer some low end on the DC Block tab: Try a time Constant of 10

After changing the above and using my EQ settings as I had set before the TX signal is very clean and little edges or whiskers have been removed for those viewing on Pan adapters also noted was smooth even looking and sounding audio (Using a Heil PR781) with a Yaesu RJ45 to XLR adapter-

I shared my basic EQ settings , but everyone voice is different. Also some may not like the ESSB style as I have set and prefer a more narrow setting:
Screen shot of the EQ , But again these work with my voice, you'll need to adjust for yours- and I use a TX bandwidth of 3650- 7K depending on were in Band, Conditions above or below frequency and if others in group also running ESSB and at what bandwidth. In other words be considerate of others near you! Don't place yourself in there bandpass if not part of your group
