Roman,
I can confirm that after upgrading the NVIDIA drivers and using the Expert2 software the problem got worse. If i grab another windows, as long as i have it grabbed and I drag it across the screen, the display remains frozen until i stop moving the window. On the other hand, when i use the Expert3 software, it works 100% as it should. Now, if we could get the audio profiles to display and work, i think i would be staying on E3.
Hello Osiel,
If I can chime in, I do think your Video card could be culprit
I have been over this before with other users- that Card is a Native DX11 card, it is Not FULLY DX12 supported, using it in V3 will most likely be worse then it is now. in the link I provided below in the Graphic feature section behind the DX12 if you hover over the (11.0) you will see that card is only cable of the DX 11 features, not a true DX12 compatibility or fully DX12 featured
A shame as at one time when it was released back in 2013 it was a decent card, however many things have advanced since then and the card in many a current system is a Bottleneck and performance breaker
Please see this link for all the info around that card-

Also to anyone having freezing issues of display or choppy video I would suggest you check your video card specs, this site is one I use very often when diagnosing video issues or when working with customers on building or upgrading PCs - Just enter your card into the search section and it will return the specs about that card -

Roman, this may be a handy tool for users to have to check their Video components
