Hi Guys

I need your help. I was given lovely Juma PA100 amp to compliment my SunSDR2 Pro, but I have a problem.

The PA needs to know when to key - provide increased power out. It will sense the band correctly, however, I am still not getting power out.

The PA has T/R input, so it needs to have a signal from SunSDR that it can key/power UP.

Can anyone help me out?

Note that there are also other PA diagrams, might be useful in you case.

Thank you, I was able to make a cable from SunSDR's ACC port pins 13 and 15 to Juma PA100, even though the schematics was not correct, the PINs on the TRX were correct, just had to modify the jack which went to the PA T/R port, as it was not correct as per the schematics.

I can now confirm, the keying works fine, so thanks for the help.

Just send to Roman your feedback regarding what you think is incorrect in existing diagrams (EE is pretty good-n-quick revieving and fixing found errors and inconsistencies these days). You also may share yours (PA specific) diagrams - they will review and publish it.

Hello, I also use a SunDr2 Pro and Juma 100D. They switch the ranges automatically, through the YAESU FT 817 mode on the Juma 100D.Working fine.
