This one I hope is simple.
I have clicked on the app CWGET.\
But for some reason the program is not coming up on my screen, yet the program is active on the taskbar.
The only options I have is CWGET, pin to taskbar and close.
Why is this happening?
It also does the same thing with my TQSL Program.
What setting to I need to do to get this to work?
Any advice would be great!

Start the program. Hold down the SHIFT key and right click on the program's icon on the Taskbar. A popup menu will appear. Click on Move then use the Left/Right/Up/Down Arrow keys to move the program's window. By trial and error you should be able to bring it into view.
Start the program. Right-click the program on the Taskbar, and then click Maximize. Right-click a blank area of the Taskbar, and then click Cascade Windows.
Resize and move the program's window as appropriate.

Eric, When I hold down shift and Right click on it I get minimize and close.
This was with Method 2.
Even when I put the program deactivate the 2nd monitor it stays in task bar.
It was not doing this before.
And this was about a week or two ago.
I'm at a loss here.
