I have been the proud owner of an Expert MB1 since 12/24/18.
I got it setup as well as I could and used it this past weekend during the ARRL DX CW Contest.
First off I scored 955 q's with 756K in Points.
That I was happy with.
But there are a couple of questions that I have regarding ESDR2.
During Friday night for some strange reason I lost all audio in my headphones as well as external speaker.
Why this happened is beyond me, but it did.
I solved the problem by killing ESDR2 and restarting the program again.
Also, this past weekend was the first time I was on 15 meters.
I noticed that when I hit the tune button there was no % value for the radio to tune the antenna.
I set it at 4 %, but did notice there is not a save button to save this.
Is there an options menu where this sort of stuff can be entered and saved?
Or do I have to go and update my Mark User File with the settings upgrade?
I did get N1MM spots to show on the MB1 panadapter. That is a really nice feature and would advise that upgrade to any contest or daily use operator.
Other than that I had no issues other than the ones I mentioned above.
Thanks for listening.

About the sound issue, I’m not sure in your case. But it has happened to me a very few times that I have lost TX sound when using WSJT-X. I did not have to restart ESDR2, just turn it off with the red button and on again. Problem solved. And as Erik says, the tune pwr will stay at your last setting on each band.
Mine happened right in the middle of the ARRL DX CW Contest, and trust me I was not a happy camper.
I did reset everything, and then it worked.
But I could not understand why the external speaker was dead and so was my headset.

Re the setting of the TUNE button power level. …..You set the Tune power using the TUNE slider to the Right of the DRIVE level slider. As Erik says, it remembers the Tune level by band
I also did 9 hours in the ARRL CW DX contest but was on Single Band (40M), Single Op unassisted, High Power (400W here in the UK). I had 228 Q's and 44 States/Provinces with my Optibeam rotatable dipole at 55feet.
I used the MB1 with Elecraft KPA500 amp controlled from the MB1 External CTRL using BCD Band Code Decimal which was faultless.

Yes. I think the concept of Mb1 is a game changer but the other companies are coming and maybe will do some different or better. I think the guys from Expert are great and fantastic and are looking the movement in special Us market.
I think Mb1 is a SDR to use on a regular way at home. Its not so easy to deal with all the configuration etc. I think the real market expect something real plug and play.
So, I have mine at home but with this softwares issues Im still not comfortable to care the equipment and test in our contest station (Px2A) 48hs running and running as I can do with other transceivers.
So, as I said before the guys are looking the movement and I believe will improve everything. The concept of MB1 is unique but the time is passing and competitors are coming!!
Lets see the game!!
