Hi All,

I tried to develop a C# Library implementation of the TCI Protocols. It is published in https://github.com/VU3ESV/TCILibrary with a Minimalist Console Test Application. This can be used in Linux Environment with Mono based Applications ( I haven't tried it, but the library is based on .net standard 2.0)

In future I will be extending this by adding (1) BandPass Filter Controller, (2) Station Master Controller applications.
Feel free to use the library and revert in case any bugs found in it.
