Hi,
it usually happens when your dx cluster node sends a lot of spots. I remember EESDR stores a maximum of 200 calls independently from the band.
This make the internal list is filled by spots that aren't visible because they are on other bands, and when new calls arrive the older ones are deleted even if their lifetime isn't off.
This problem was pointed up some years ago but I suppose that logic wasn't changed since then.
Some software, like
5MContest, implemented a workaround for this issue: it sends to ESSDR only the spot in the current band and it is enough to work them all during their lifetime.
I hope my explanation is understandable
