I know that there is a RX1 and RX2 within EESDR2. Normally there is one panadapter or waterfall for the band that you are operating on. And if one activates RX2 another panadapter or waterfall comes up on a separate screen. But is there a way that you can have 2 panadapters or waterfalls on one screen. Let's say I have RX1 on 20 meters and RX2 on 40 meters. Can I get the 20 meter padapter to be on top and the 40 meter panadapter underneath that? It would be a great thing to be able to see both at the same time all on one screen. Has anyone done this? I was watching a Youtube Video on Smart SDR and that can be achieved. They can put one receiver or panadapter on top of each other. Here is the youtube video that shows this. If you go to around the 3:50 time you can see this....

The RX window display options are in the computer GUI, down arrow next to the RX2 button.

OK, I have 7.026 on the top and 7.024 on the bottom.
On the top I can adjust frequency via the big knob yet do not hear any audio for that.
Below, How do I tune the frequency using a knob. That audio I can hear. Can I hear both audio's at the same time?

OK, I think I am able to figure out using the RX2 On and Off for frequency selection and also Audio.
I guess there is no way that one can connect 2 speakers and to be able to receive RX1 on one speaker and RX2 on another speaker. I don't think there is a way of connecting 2 speakers to the MB1.

For separate RX1 audio and RX2 audio in headphones, set up the respective balance in the Local Panel Mixer menu.

For a separate speaker dedicated to RX2 audio, define a new VAC line (eg VAC 3) and enable it in Options>VAC>Channel 2>RX. Then enable the output of it in Options>Sound card>Line Out>Channel 2>Sound card and connect a speaker to the line out jack.

That's the whole reason why I switched back to Version 12. I didn't try my internal ATU but had real bad issues with my external HF-Auto reading the frequency. I was on 20 meters and yet the frequency on the tuner was reading 80 meters. I checked all hardware with the antennas and that was fine. I then reinstalled version 12 and all was fine. So I continue to use version 12. Yet version 13.5 was not having any issues. This popped up with version 13.6.

Yes you can do that or just run the ExpertSDR2.exe from the downloaded folder if you prefer. In the latter case, you will need to allow access through the firewall as the existing rule will not apply.

I have been reading about the problems with version 1.3.6 especially with regards to the Internal Antenna Tuner. I also had a major event that happened about a month and a half ago with my external HF Auto Antenna Tuner issues with reading the proper frequency. EESDR2 was showing 20 meters and the HF Auto was showing 80 meters. And no matter what I changed EESDR2 to it did not change on my HF Auto. It wasn't until I changed versions and went back to 1.2 that the problem stopped.

My main question is this, are there different versions of 1.3 out there that one can install? Such as, if I don't want to use 1.3.6, I can install 1.3.5. I was using 1.3.5 and didn't have any issues but it wasn't until that one Sunday that all Heck broke loose with the software. Any suggestions? Thanks! Mark Griffin, KB3Z
