Hi Roman,

I updated the software "preview 7" again, and copied the files from the ZIP-file to my
ExpertSDR2 installation folder and overwrote the existing files there.
Now the software is running, and I think also the ATU, which upgraded to firmware version 6 automatically.

But now there is still the problem with low power output on all bands!
Maximum output is on 160m with 35 Watts. The other bands even lower,

What might be the problem? Hardware or software?
Maybe a remote session via Teamviewer can help?

Make sure that in the Options-> Device-> Expert tab Value is 100 for all HF bands.

Roman,
the power values are all set to maximum 100,0 !
I think this is not the problem!

If I were you Manfred, I would temporarily save my ESDR2 folder to another name with ESDR2 closed. Start the software so that it creates a fresh set of default values, make some basic configurations for full power, and try it then. If still low power, that would strongly suggest that software is not the cause.

I tried to create a new folder in AppData, so new files were created. But, I am sorry to say, that didi not solve the problem.
Power output is still very low! I wonder what Roman will suggest next.

I would do a totaly new instalation from scratch. uninstall everything and do a totaly new instalation.

No certainly not - the above instruction verifies a software issue if there is one. The correct move now is to liaise with Roman.

Thats your opinion i would uninstall Expert sdr software and do a new install.
what do i know ? if he has some corrupt files all will be gone and a new fresh install mighjt cure the problem.-.

Not an opinion. The options file is clear if a fresh one is created. Now this gives Roman a platform from which to work with Manfred, probably via Team Viewer. It pays in such situations not to confuse issues unnecessarily.

Incidentally "Your hint did not help him did it????" with emphasis on multiple question points is rudeness of an unwarranted nature. It is not welcome here and will not serve you well in the future.

Hi Guys!
I did try version 13 and I believe it was 13.5. I did have the problem when I had problems with my HF-AUTO TUNER when the frequency reading was incorrect. I did check my antennas and found out that was not the problem. I installed version 12.0 again and haven't had any problems since. But, what is the general consensus with the most current version of 13? Would I really gain a lot more than what I have with version 12? I'm asking an honest opinion gentlemen. I'm not trying to start any trouble. I just wonder if I should stick with 12 or try the latest version of 13. And of course, if things go haywire, I can always go back to 12. What are your honest feelings on this approach?

I can't believe that everyone is still using Version 12 rather than upgrading to version 13.7.

I watched some of his live presentation but don't recall if he said when it might be released.
Also, has anyone installed Version 1.3.8?
If, so is it working good? Or our there some bugs to be aware of?
