GM Guys,
I was operating FT8 last evening on 40 meters. I was using WSJT-X Version 2.2.2 0d9b96. I noticed that depending where I put the transmit marker above the graph the power was only ..2 watts versus running on another place where it was 25 watts. I also was operating on 20 meters a few minutes ago and I was at location 1574 and got out 22 watts. I moved down to 907 and it was about 1 watt. I am using DIGU as the mode.

My options in Options/TX are as follows: Low:60HZ, High 1860 HZ, Offset:0 HZ and Synch with TX is checked. Is this a WSJT-X software issue, or is this a potential bug with EESDR2?
Maybe I should try and reinstall WSJT-X and use a different version. Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing?

Just a side note, I loaded FLDigi and I am getting out a consistent 25 watts outs anywhere in the digital bands.
So it does not seem to be EESDR2, at least I don't think so.
Perhaps it is more a WSJT-X Software issue.
I wrote a message on their Groups.io Board hoping to hear something positive.

Yes but you are not making a similar comparison. FLDigi is not using DIGU (at least it should not be) and FLDigi is not in FT8 mode either.

If I were you, I would set the Options>TX>DIGU to 70/3300/0, the receiver filter to 3.3K and Split in WSJTx to Rig and see if the problem remains.

Erik,
I changed the DiGU Settings and also have the FLTR U:3.5KZ.
Getting out plenty of power now.
It must have been my settings.
Thanks!
Mark
