ExpertSDR3 Software is the leader in SDR Software.
It includes:

• TCI
• RadioSync
• Band Scope
• Sound Card Interface and much more

What is lacking is a Virtual COM Port Emulator.
In order to have the virtual com ports that SunSDR3 requires, it has to be purchased or obtained otherwise from a 3rd part vendor.

My suggestion is that an included COM port software would make the ExpertSDR3 software complete and almost like a self contained suite of everything needed.
