I wonder if you could help me, please I have bought an e-coder 2 for my sunSDR2 DX and it works fine on my PC. But it will not work on my iMac it shows up in the bottom of the screen and I can assign all the buttons but it doesn't do anything. If I uninstall version 1.05 and put version 1.04 on it works perfectly but I cannot get my microphone to work with version 1.04. I have followed the guide on how to enable the microphone and can registered it no problem with version 1.05. So, you can see my problem one version the microphone won't work but the e-coder works fine the later version is exactly the opposite. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Does encoder firmware need an update?…
I have same problem but dont know where the ecoder firmware updater program is on the Mac… will investigate further and if I find a solution will post on Forum

Ok, have checked out the Ecoder… decided to check for an Ecoder update program under the mac.
Found it ok but although it detects the Ecoder, no firmware update possible.
So hauled out the laptop to see if I can update the Ecoder under Windows.
This worked fine.
Sp back to the Mac and Ecoder still not operable.. it is detected but no activity on the hardware.

Hello, I have the E-coder mini and the same thing happens to me, with version 1.0.4 it worked perfectly, but with 1.0.5 it stopped working. I already sent the incident to support, but they have not responded yet. I suppose that in the final version that they will release at the end of the month they will have it solved
