The main reason to buy a SunSDR2 was the ability to work remote (main Rig is an Anan 7000).
Unfortunatly remote operation with ERS is not usable:
Via ee-cloud and ERS I can connect to the SunSDR2 pro only once. After a second attempt, the GUI comes up, not showing any signs of "life", not waterfall, no temp-info, nothing. But the power-button on left top corner states "swiched on". (btw: TCI is working, meaning the frequency information is available via TCI).
If I delete the settings.json (in my case remote_EED05262100879.json) and start again, it comes to life...but I had to configure all again => not usable.
I even tried to backup the remote_EED05262100879.json after a complete configuration, but restoring does not bring it back to life. There is no much info on the server-window, no log.
I spent some time (restarting server-software,etc.) to solve this, but with no luck.
Find attached my json, maybe you find out what is wrong with it.
I am tempted to sell it, and go for a Flex...
@Roman
I am not sure what your programmers are doing, but the release-cycle (in special in a beta-phase) should be not longer then 2-4 weeks. We have some volunteer projects with a release cycle of 1-2 days(!) in the beta-phase.
1) make the remote-operation stable (including the tx-voice-delay)
2) shorten the release cycle
3) fix the bugs, decrease the priority of new stuff
Otherwise - I guess - you will notice an incredible amount of sales-drop in the next month....
