For anyone interesting in using ESDR3 with RadioSync and N1MM+, here are the settings that permit CW Macros in N1MM+ to function properly. I am using the free com0com app to establish my COM3 and COM4 port pair. System is running Windows 11.

Bill do you know how to run two vfo's on esdr3 using rig sync tci and com0com on rx2 on the n1mm . I have it set up to on one vfo following rx1 but not sure how to get rx2 following the second vfo

having an issue with N1MM running ESDR3 on Win11 desktop. Setup as per your suggestion; CAT and PTT working fine, but no power output when F macros are activated in N1MM. (No issues with same hardware running ESDR2 on laptop). It feels that CW is not getting to radio from N1MM . Have tried to swap around DTR and RTS, no difference, PTT always works and SunSDR2DX gets on transmit, but no CW or power output. Any help is appreciated.

trying to get N1MM to send CW from macros / F keys. All works just fine with Esdr2 installed on laptop, however with Esdr3 installed on desktop running Win 11 the CW from N1mm is not transmitted. Setup identical to above example; a virtual port pair. CAT and PTT working fine. Have tried to swap DTR and RTS for CW but no difference, simply when hitting the F1 key radio goes to TX mode but no output. Paddle works fine.
One more details: the E sync light is orange?

Any ideas?

Did you try increasing the PTT Delay from 30ms to ~100ms? My personal experience is that EESDR3 + RadioSync will not work properly with N1MM+ or DXLog unless PTT delay is significantly increased?

1000ms (1s) seems excessive to me. I am using 100ms and it works fine on my SS2DX. I can't say if MB1 handles this differently.
