HI all ,
I have had this SDR for abouit 2 years or so all been Ok but now RX2 is perfect, but if I switch to RX3 nothing no transmit path or recieve. I can hear the relay click over
Fully aware of how the software works can any one help or guide me as to the fault?

Most likely, the issue is in one of the relays, it should be replaced.
