I think I also face the same issue.
Did not use SunSDR2 DX for some time and connected it yesterday and still having huge problem with VAC on FT8.
TCI works fine with JTDX but when I use VAC for WSJT-X for example, loss of power all the time and saturated signal.

My config is:

- MSI Carbon X399
- AMD Threadripper 2920x
- 32Gb Ram
- SSD 512Go
- Windows 11 22H2

Allow me to clarify, I'm neither a programmer who develops or supports the software nor a tech support engineer, who gathers information about technical issues.
Please, report this information in a requested form to GitHub, this way it'll be always available for a programmer, who really could use it.

Seems like the issue was closed on the github while I still face the issue.
The SunSDR2DX is in its box almost not using it anymore due to this.

How unfortunate. I am in the same predicament.
You would think that the negative word of mouth advertising would not be welcomed.
It appears the programmers can't even answer the question of resource that drives the
RMS needle. (which has been rumored to be the problem)
There are a few other SDR radios out there but most of us old timers can't afford to keep
buying radios.

JTDX through TCI connection works very reasonable.

I am also experiencing this. Random end of the transmission. Pressing TX again fixes it. Radio seems to be still i TX but power goes to zero.

Thank you for your input. I believe more operators will notice the problem as time goes on.
If you are not watching the screen while you are transmitting or the person you are speaking with notices the cut off, then
it will go unnoticed. You see your audio on the waterfall but no power.
K6TWO has entered all the info on GitHub put nothing has been done about it. A simple question as to "What resource
provides the RMS needle movement" still hasn't been answered. Unfortunately, when I try to post on GitHub I get false positive
virus errors.
