It looks like the ESDR2 product is now not getting any updates.

I have switched to ESDR3 v.08 beta on my first gen MB1 and have been applying new versions as they have been released.

But, so far, V3 does not have the features that support the MB1. V3 seems to be directed at SunSDR rather than MB1.
V3 is not integrated with the MB1 utility control of speakers and does not have the MB1 GUI, both of which I miss. Defects I have logged related to this a year ago have not been assigned or addressed.

I am left wondering whether ESDR3 is actually intended for the MB1 (or only SunSDR).

Has anyone seen a roadmap (or other communications) for V3 that indicates whether or not MB1 support is going to be implemented or not?

I have had the MB1 for 7 years. ExpertSDR2 is going well, but I'm like you, waiting...... maybe one day support will arrive for this one too. Nobody says anything, let's hope one day to be able to use everything that MB1 is for ExpertSDR3.

The two defects I logged (408 and 515) were closed as completed yesterday. I take that as a good sign because these were specifically related to MB1 compatibility.

The defects were for band buttons mapped wrong and speaker controls not working.

I did not log a defect for the missing MB1 GUI.

These bugs were not fixed. They were closed without fix presumably for non compliance to bug submission manual.

from release notes 1.06:
"Fixed bugs reported on GitHub: #634 #614 #602 #593 #601 #640 #635. A friendly reminder, please report bugs according to the bug submission manual. Otherwise, reports will be closed without consideration."

I opened issue 660 for the same issue as 515: MB1 panel band buttons not invoking the correct bands. 660 was closed with the comment "Fixed. The fixes will be in ESDR3 1.0.7"
