A tech support engineer can conduct a remote session via RMS software (installation instruction) and Skype. Perform a speed-test of your Internet connection, make sure it's at least 5Mbit/s. If your transceiver/receiver is on warranty, the session is free of charge, in all other cases, the cost of this service is 45 USD per hour.
