Hello Enzo,
See below some guidelines,
1. at remote location you will need to have a good internet connection, it is important to have at least 20 Mbps upload speed
2. Also very important is latency, if you cannot have latency below 10ms it will not work as it should be, from my tests, if you have 4-6ms, CW,SSB, Digital are working, if you have 10-15ms, CW is still working but you have issues with SSB and Digital, above 15-20ms I think you can forget about directly remote over internet
3. For best result if possible, use the same internet provider on both locations
4. On remote location use a static IP for SunSDR
5. On remote location configure port forwarding for 50001, 50002, 50003 (these are default ports for RX1, RX2 and BS), I'm also using RemoteSync on 50040.
6. If possible use the same routers on both locations, I'm using two identical Asus
7. At your location use a PC with a static IP
8. configure port forwarding for the same ports as on the remote router (Theoretically it should work without this but in my tests it didn't work until all those ports were forwarded to the PC IP)
That is all, if you have more questions please send me an e-mail.
