TOPIC: Time sync issue with Expertsdr3 1.0.8 remote FT8

Time sync issue with Expertsdr3 1.0.8 remote FT8 06 Jun 2024 12:46 #1

morning. I finally got my remote working from work. I have the lightning bolt on my connection at the bottom of the Expert screen. Upload is 638 Kbps and upload 40 bps, ping 42 ms. I am running Win 11 Enterprise on a Dell Latitude 5400. I am running Dimension4 time sync sw. The problem I am having is the FT8 (JTDX) is falling out of time sync to the point where it will not decode. If I am on the home network I do not see this issue. I can also log into my home with Splashtop and see no issues. I am not sure where to look.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply Geir. If I stop the EESDR3 sw and restart it gets back in time but, like you said, falls off in a few sequences.

this is from tech support ive put it on github
Geir,
Most likely, your problem is due to the fact that some ESDR3 features are not yet implemented in ERS. Please describe your problem in detail on GitHub so that the programmer can fix it.
