Yes, I found on Post - order instruction mail link to full 4.15 version. Also, Mr Eugene ask me to explain-describe what problem we have with 4.62.
Only what I see on waterfall some noise on RX side that is all. if someone can plain better will be great to better understanding issues...

The thing is about this Gordan, is that both myself and Igor UA3DJY corresponded with him since the release of version 4.51 which was the first to have issues for radio hams. That was a long time ago. I did tests over several weeks for him and got nowhere. Igor then got involved and could correspond in their common Russian language. But in effect, 4.15 is still the best version for our use and, in my opinion, further discussion with him is a lost cause. He already has had every detail, every screen shot, every explanation of VAC usage in the ham world. But he made signiifcant changes to the program after 4.15 that are very suitable for the audiophiles and their non-ham related activities but, for reasons I do not know, are not good for us.

I have now formed the opinion that since, even for new users, 4.15 is attainable and works 100% well, that there is no good reason to be bothered with issues in later versions.

Of course, anyone is free to take up the discussion with him but I am not going to waste more time on it. I daresay you completely understand all this anyway but this is now on here for future reference.

Erik.

I currently have VAC version 4.62 on my SunSDR2Pro & want to try v.4.15. Is it necessary to first remove 4.62 or will 4.15 overwrite 4.62??

I recommend uninstalling first. There are version specific Windows registry entries that need to be removed by the Uninstaller. Also, though not absolutely necessary, if you want to have the cleanest canvas for installing 4.15, use Revo Uninstaller (or similar), followed by a computer reboot.

There are numerous minor changes. For the benefit of those who translate the document, note the following.

New page 33 - additional information about SDC in conjunction with N1MM
New page 59 - additional information about VSELink.
Pages 32 and 58 have been edited.

All references within the document to 'page', 'pages', and 'section' have had their relevant page and section numbers updated. This is to correct discrepancies in the text where new sections and pages altered the indexing.

The version number is now 6.8

The User Manual Addendum has been updated. www.dropbox.com/s/lhvwwuyuxpoq7gs/Expert%20Electronics%20Addendum.pdf?dl=0

The version is now 6.9 July 2020.

The Table of Contents has changed due to the VB Cable section being removed. This is because of TX issues in Windows 10 2004 that I could not resolve.
A page number reference in the N1MM+ section has been changed due to the above causing page renumbering.

The first NOTE in the VAC section has changed to reflect the needed actions in Windows 10 2004.
The VSPE section has changed to reflect the 'run as a Windows Service' facility in the latest version.
The BCD section now contains an EE supplied table for settings in ESDR2 for the SPE range of amplifiers.
The download link for files and instructions relating to compiling JTDX, in the JTDX 32bit section, has been updated. Compiling can now be done with the latest Qt 5.14.2 version.
