When I activate my 2nd vfo and select 2 meter on the band selection it shows 2 meter freq but is clearly not since im receiving national time beacon. If I change vfo 1 to two meter it corrects to vhf as it should. I have updated to the current software build 24042023 from the menu.

If I have two receivers I should be able to listen to hf on one and vhf on the other. 25th Dec 2023 we will see if I get disappointed again.

Yeah I see that now Rome. When I went to the main EE website I looked at the capabilities 1.5 years back and that was not listed. My Main reasons for buying a sdr from you was the vhf aspect so I would have the option to monitor hf and vhf together. The other is a project your still working on, still holding to hope it will be in the final release of esdr3 at the end of the month. Is there a detailed list of the software updates that will be in final release posted anywhere? Also Thank you for replying Rome.

Just to clarify, reception on HF and VHF at the same time is impossible because of hardware limitation.

That would be a good to have 2 and HF at the same time. I'll be curious about what we get under our Christmas tree.

Here we are 5 days from Christmas...Been searching the forum high and low for the final release notes for the software and nothing. Well I'll be back to look again same bat time same bat channel.

RELEASE Date 25 Dec are the PLAN

Well I'm not looking for the release, Rome stated the notes for the release will be released this week. I wanted the detailed list. As in if predistortion linearization will be included. My crystal ball broken so I will have to keep coming back.

How is that release date working out for you? lol May then next another excuse Dec 2090. lol

What your upset he makes a fair point? When you have been told something for 2 years and it hasn't been delivered you would be upset also, I know I'm not the happiest. Why is it a $400 kit with better NR, can do duplex, along with predistortion linearization has more to offer than a $2500 rig ? I've been waiting patiently as a good little boy waiting on christmas hoping I was proved wrong but again have been let down by mistruths. You don't need to take my word for it just watch all the EE videos and read their replies in the forums. The excuse we have been expanding our company is just another excuse. If I tell you I'm coming over to help you and never show up time and time again you will know what I say is something you can't depend on. Thats the point and its a valid point. Its apparent they need alot of help with coding for their software. But be honest and don't string the consumers along. I can deal with the truth.
